ADHD Diagnosis, Understanding, & treatment
Despite what Nike says, βjust do itβ, is not a solution for a neurodevelopmental challenge.
Many of my ADHD clients grew up hearing some version of the same message: that if they just tried harder, just cared more, or just applied themselves better, things would fall into place. It's a well-intentioned but fundamentally misguided framing, and one that tends to leave people with ADHD feeling like personal failures rather than people who have been offered the wrong toolkit for the project.
Finding the right systems, structures, and supports looks different for every person. My work is to help you figure out what that looks like for you
ADHD has been a consistent focus of my clinical work since early in my training. I have worked with people navigating ADHD at every stage of life, from college students encountering new demands to adults who have spent years wondering why certain things feel so much harder for them than they seem to for everyone else. My experience spans screening, comprehensive assessment, and treatment in both individual and group formats.
What I find most meaningful about this work is helping people move from frustration and self-blame toward genuine self-understanding, and from there, toward strategies that actually work for how their minds are built.
Whether you are seeking an evaluation, trying to better understand a diagnosis you already have, or looking for support integrating ADHD management into your daily life, I am happy to discuss whether my services might be a good fit.
Comprehensive psychological testing services will restart in July 2026. If you are interested in learning more about testing services or being added to the waitlist, please reach out through my contact page.
